Completing your Google my business is a great way to help boost your local SEO. Reply to reviews with desired keywords e.g. Thank you for your review about our financial services Mr Smith. We are happy to help and assist you. Vary the reply to suit each review. It could be retirement planning you helped the customer with. 

Questions And Answers

Fill in the questions and answers section. Common questions your customers may have asked and your answers to them. A FAQ.


Check services. Are they correct? Are there any services missing? 

Opening Date

What date did you open?

Business attributes

Try to fill in all business attributes sections. 


Accessibility, Amenities, Health and safety etc…Do you sell any off the shelf products? Add them in this section


 Good, you are using one of your keywords in the post here.

 Other title examples could be:

  • 3 Things you should consider when planning your retirement.
  • Government just announces…about Retirement.

 Add relevant buttons

add a  button (link) to the relevant page on your website that is about the topic of the post or whichever is relevant. Always add a button!
